Ceci est normal car notre mission est d'apprendre l'anglais aux scientifiques francophones, et l'objectif premier de ce site est de fournir un espace de travail à nos étudiants.

Au niveau "Licence" le programme est basé sur le manuel "Minimum Competence in Scientific English" (ref.) livre issu des cours ici à l'UJF et qui n'a plus à faire ses preuves pour des scientifiques en herbe. Vous trouverez des exercices d'entraînement pour un vocabulaire de base que nos étudiants doivent manier avec facilité à la fin de leur premier année au Service des Langues (L2). Vous trouverez aussi bientôt des exercises de compréhension orale, basés sur les structures grammaticales présentées dans le livre et révisées de manière interactive en cours présentiels.

Students in "Master" can choose to take an optional course in English, which is adapted to their level of English. However, since the minimum requirement for Master students is to be competent in giving a talk (with the aid of a visual support), to be able to take notes and summarise the contents of a lecture and to be able to read with ease, obligatory lessons are provided for those students who have not mastered these skills at the B2 level of the Common European Framework. This part of the site mainly provides "extracurricular" (or rather "extra-English-class") activities (writing a CV, Why is it difficult to understand native English speakers, etc.)
